Do I have to change my booking system?
No. Kepio works alongside the tool you already use. No booking tool? You can import a CSV or start with a simple Kepio booking page.
Does Kepio message my clients on its own?
Only if you let it. By default every message waits for your approval, and you can edit it first.
Do I pay extra for WhatsApp or SMS?
No. Email is included and WhatsApp messages open ready to send from your own phone. Automatic SMS will be optional, at cost.
How do you know what Kepio recovered?
A booking only counts if it came from a Kepio offer link, or within 14 days of a Kepio message. Nothing is counted twice.
